TPU 3D Printing: Flexible Prints and Lattice Behaviour
TPU printing uses a thermoplastic polyurethane feedstock; filament and powder routes must be distinguished. Material reference.
Flexible Prints and Lattice Behaviour
For a compliant bumper or lattice, compare geometry and print structure with nominal material hardness. The same feedstock can produce parts with different apparent stiffness when wall thickness, infill or lattice design changes. A printed seal also needs its own surface and leakage review.
Manufacturing and acceptance checks
Specify material grade, hardness method, printing route and build structure. Define compression travel, recovery, load rate and repeated-use acceptance. Test the finished geometry with the intended contact surfaces, retaining process and post-processing records so repeat parts reproduce the approved behaviour.

Reference and scope
EOS: polymer powder types and system compatibility provides material or specification background. The checks above are purchasing guidance; final acceptance values must come from the agreed grade, product specification and condition.
Send a drawing and material requirements for review. Include quantity, critical dimensions and the inspection evidence required with delivery.
