CNC Turning With MFG SOLUTION
CNC turning machining is a manufacturing process used to create cylindrical parts by rotating a workpiece while a cutting tool removes material to achieve the desired shape. “CNC” stands for Computer Numerical Control, which means that the machining process is controlled by a computer program that precisely guides the movements of the cutting tool and the rotation of the workpiece.
In CNC turning, a lathe machine is typically used. The workpiece is clamped onto a spindle that rotates at high speeds, and a cutting tool is brought into contact with the rotating workpiece to remove material and create the desired shape. The computer program, or CNC code, provides instructions for the movements of the cutting tool along different axes to precisely shape the workpiece according to the design specifications.

CNC Turning Surface Finishes
CNC SOLUTION offers a comprehensive range of surface finishes for CNC turning services, helping improve the appearance, durability, and functional performance of CNC turned parts. These finishing options enhance surface roughness, hardness, and corrosion resistance while minimizing visible tool marks produced during CNC turning and live tooling operations.

Hardcoat anodizing also known as Type III anodizing, enhancing metal’s hardness, scratch resistance and longevity

Anodizing increases corrosion resistance and wear properties, while allowing for color dyeing

Powder coating applies a thick, wear-resistant layer with excellent color and texture options, suitable for a variety of surfaces.

Polishing achieves a high gloss finish, reducing surface roughness and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of metals.

Electropolish is a chemical process that smooths and brightens surfaces while improving corrosion resistance.

Gold plating is a metal finishing process in which a thin layer of gold is deposited onto the surface of a base material

Nickel plating improve corrosion resistance, wear resistance, surface hardness, and overall durability of metal components

Zinc plating provides effective corrosion protection at a competitive cost, while supporting high-volume production and tight dimensional control

Electroplating bonds a thin metal layer onto parts, improving wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and surface conductivity.
