T2 Copper: Electrical Parts and Product Form
T2 is a Chinese copper grade designation. Material reference.
Electrical Parts and Product Form
For an electrical part, compare the required conductivity and contact geometry with the actual supplied temper. Do not approve a C11000 alternative solely from a cross-reference chart; compare the complete material and product specifications and any joining requirements.
Manufacturing and acceptance checks
Specify the governing standard, bar or sheet dimensions and delivery condition. Include contact flatness, hole details, plating and final cleanliness. Request a certificate and agree an assembly-level electrical check where needed, since the joint's performance is not determined by bulk material conductivity alone.
