C110 Copper: ETP Copper and Contact Design
C11000 identifies electrolytic tough-pitch copper in the UNS system. Material reference.
ETP Copper and Contact Design
For a busbar or contact plate, review conductor geometry, joint finish and assembly force along with bulk conductivity. A change to oxygen-free copper needs an application reason; conversely, a joining requirement may rule out an otherwise attractive stock offer.
Manufacturing and acceptance checks
Specify C11000 explicitly if that is the intended grade, together with product standard and temper. Define contact flatness, hole tolerances and any plating. Ask for conductivity evidence and evaluate the completed electrical joint using the intended fastening and surface preparation rather than only a raw-material value.

Copper Development Association: UNS copper identities provides material or specification background. The checks above are purchasing guidance; final acceptance values must come from the agreed grade, product specification and condition.
Send a drawing and material requirements for review. Include quantity, critical dimensions and the inspection evidence required with delivery.
