Q235: Welded Frames and Complete Grade Calls
Q235 is a Chinese carbon-structural-steel designation; the full grade and product specification must accompany it. Material reference.
Welded Frames and Complete Grade Calls
For a frame, distinguish the base material requirements from the requirements of the welded assembly. A nominal yield designation does not establish the completed structure's capacity. Compare a proposed A36 alternative against the drawing, product thickness and required tests before approval.
Manufacturing and acceptance checks
Put the grade suffix, section or plate dimensions and inspection documents on the purchase order. Identify critical welds and final datums. If machined mounting faces are required, agree the welding and machining sequence and inspect flatness in the final accepted support condition.

SAMR: GB/T 700 carbon structural steels provides material or specification background. The checks above are purchasing guidance; final acceptance values must come from the agreed grade, product specification and condition.
Send a drawing and material requirements for review. Include quantity, critical dimensions and the inspection evidence required with delivery.
