POM-H: Homopolymer Acetal and Brand Requirements
POM-H is acetal homopolymer; Delrin is one branded material family in this category. Material reference.
Homopolymer Acetal and Brand Requirements
For a gear, latch or spring feature, distinguish a generic polymer-type requirement from a mandatory supplier grade. Compare candidate stock shapes using the same geometry, loading and environment. A POM-H label by itself does not establish the formulation or a finished-part performance guarantee.
Manufacturing and acceptance checks
Specify the full stock or resin grade, colour and manufacturing route. Define load duration, cycle requirement and fit. If POM-C is proposed, assess it against those requirements and record approval; do not let a distributor's use of the word acetal silently change the material on the drawing.

Send a drawing and material requirements for review. Include quantity, critical dimensions and the inspection evidence required with delivery.
