For a bracket or sliding component, compare the identified grade in the condition relevant to service. Dry specimen data should not silently become acceptance criteria for a conditioned finished part. If glass reinforcement is proposed, treat it as a separate grade and manufacturing review.

Manufacturing and acceptance checks

State the stock or moulding route, grade, colour and conditioning procedure. Define the load, temperature and mating surface. Measure critical dimensions after the agreed conditioning, and compare a PA6 alternative using the same test setup rather than unrelated datasheet headline values.
