High Frequency PCB Materials: Frequency-Specific Stackup Selection
High-frequency PCB materials include several laminate chemistries and constructions; they do not share one dielectric property. Material reference.
Frequency-Specific Stackup Selection
Compare candidates using the operating band, transmission-line geometry and manufacturing capability. Distinguish process Dk from design Dk and retain the test frequency and method. Copper profile, dielectric thickness and the complete stackup also belong in the loss and impedance review.
Manufacturing and acceptance checks
Provide frequency range, impedance targets, permitted loss and mechanical stackup constraints. Ask for exact laminate, foil and bondply choices and fabricator-supported design values. Define coupon and board acceptance tests, and approve any substitute before artwork or stackup dimensions are finalized.

Reference and scope
Rogers: high-frequency laminate property comparison provides material or specification background. The checks above are purchasing guidance; final acceptance values must come from the agreed grade, product specification and condition.
Send a drawing and material requirements for review. Include quantity, critical dimensions and the inspection evidence required with delivery.
