Compare it with RO4350B using the required electrical performance, assembly route and fire-performance requirement. Do not copy RO4350B's listing or design assumptions onto RO4003C. Distinguish the manufacturer's design and process dielectric values when building the stackup model.

Manufacturing and acceptance checks

Specify product, dielectric thickness, copper type and weight, and bondply where applicable. State frequency, impedance and loss targets. Ask the fabricator to confirm the proposed construction and processing, then validate the relevant coupons or boards before approving a different laminate.
