Delrin 100: High-Viscosity Resin and Product Form
The Delrin 100 series is a high-molecular-weight acetal homopolymer family. Material reference.
High-Viscosity Resin and Product Form
For a moulded spring feature, compare the exact 100-series grade with a 500-series candidate using the intended geometry and process. The number alone omits formulation suffixes. For machined parts, first establish whether the stock supplier actually offers the specified resin in that stock form.
Manufacturing and acceptance checks
Request the complete grade code and supporting datasheet. Define required deflection, cycle count, dimensions and operating conditions. Keep resin processing requirements separate from finished-part acceptance, and approve a sample made through the intended production route before deciding that a different flow grade is equivalent.

Reference and scope
Delrin: 100-series resin identity provides material or specification background. The checks above are purchasing guidance; final acceptance values must come from the agreed grade, product specification and condition.
Send a drawing and material requirements for review. Include quantity, critical dimensions and the inspection evidence required with delivery.
