Titanium Grade 9: Ti-3Al-2.5V Tubing and Components
Grade 9 is the Ti-3Al-2.5V titanium alloy. Material reference.
Ti-3Al-2.5V Tubing and Components
For a tube-based component, compare the tube condition, wall thickness and forming or welding route with the design requirements. Do not substitute properties from a Grade 5 bar datasheet. A material comparison should reflect the actual finished tube and its joints.
Manufacturing and acceptance checks
State the tube specification, dimensions, condition and inspection requirements. Include bend radii, weld locations and final datums. Agree whether acceptance testing represents straight stock, formed sections or the completed assembly, and keep stock traceability connected to the first-article inspection results.

TIMET: titanium grade and product data sheets provides material or specification background. The checks above are purchasing guidance; final acceptance values must come from the agreed grade, product specification and condition.
Send a drawing and material requirements for review. Include quantity, critical dimensions and the inspection evidence required with delivery.
