Compare PA12, PA11 and filled powder options using the required stiffness, deformation and surface function. A powder designation alone does not establish the result of a complete build. Include depowdering, colouring or smoothing in the final-part comparison.

Manufacturing and acceptance checks

Request the exact powder, machine, build orientation and powder-management controls. Define dimensions after all finishing and identify trapped-powder or inaccessible features. Approve a representative part and retain the build and post-processing records needed to reproduce the accepted result.
