H65 Brass: Forming and Cross-Standard Review
H65 is a Chinese brass grade designation. Material reference.
Forming and Cross-Standard Review
For a formed component, compare temper and thickness before selecting an alternative described as 65-percent brass. That commercial description does not settle residual-element limits or the product specification. Review any proposed C27000 substitution as a separate approval.
Manufacturing and acceptance checks
Request the full material and product standards, certificate and supplied condition. Define rolling direction, bend geometry and visible surfaces. Inspect cracking, springback and finish on a representative formed part, and record the accepted grade and condition before releasing the production order.
