For a loaded bush, guide or wear plate, compare the alloy with C93200 using the actual shaft hardness, lubrication, contact pressure and speed. These bronzes are not automatic substitutes; a change can require a review of clearance, mating material and wear acceptance.

State the casting or wrought-product requirement accurately, with the full material standard and condition. Define contact-surface finish and final dimensions. Agree a representative wear or assembly trial and record both the component and mating-surface condition when evaluating the result.
